What an interview actually is

Go beyond the biography.

Titles tell us where someone arrived. They say almost nothing about how they got there, and nothing at all about what it cost, what they misjudged on the way, or which conversation changed the direction entirely.

We are interested in the second thing. The decisions and the turning points. The relationships that mattered and the ones that did not. The opportunities that were recognised, and the reasoning that made them visible in the first place. Most of that never makes it into a textbook, a search result or a job description, because it lives in experience rather than in a record of it.

We create access to the experience and perspective that are often hardest to reach - the lessons worth passing forward.

Each conversation is produced properly and published in full, with the standout ideas written up alongside it, so what a guest knows can travel further than the room it was said in.
