Agreement
These terms govern your use of theaccessexchange.com, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY] ("The Access Exchange", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
What the site is
The Access Exchange publishes interviews, written takeaways and related material, and provides information about our university and institutional engagements, corporate partnerships, live experiences, professional coaching, and coach training and certification.
Everything published here is for general information. It is not professional, legal, financial, medical or employment advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from someone who knows your particular circumstances.
Interviews and the views in them
Our guests speak for themselves. Their views are their own and are not endorsements by The Access Exchange, and nothing a guest says should be treated as advice directed at you. We publish people we find worth listening to; that is not the same as agreeing with all of it.
Guest contributions
If you take part as a guest, you grant us the right to record, edit, publish and distribute the conversation, and to use extracts from it - clips, quotations and written takeaways - to promote and provide our services.
You keep ownership of what you say. You will have the opportunity to review your interview before it is published, and material you ask to have removed will be removed. You confirm that what you contribute is yours to share, and that it does not breach any confidentiality obligation you owe to anyone else.
Inquiries and submissions
Submitting an inquiry - as a prospective guest, a corporation, an institution, a coaching client or a prospective coach - does not create any agreement between us and does not oblige either of us to proceed. Engagements, sponsorships, coaching and training are arranged separately, in writing, on their own terms.
Do not send confidential or sensitive information through the forms on this site. Use them to start a conversation, not to conduct one.
Coaching and coach training
Coaching is a professional development service. It is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, legal advice or financial advice, and it does not replace any of them. Outcomes depend on your own circumstances, effort and decisions, and we do not guarantee any particular result - including any career, hiring, promotion or business outcome.
Coach training and certification confers a credential issued by The Access Exchange against our own standards and methodology. It is not a licence, and it is not accreditation by any external or governmental body unless we state otherwise in writing for a specific programme.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, photography, video and the compilation of all of it are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. You may read, share and link to our published material for personal and non-commercial use, with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, sell it, or use it to train machine-learning models without our written permission.
"The Access Exchange" and our logo are our marks and may not be used to imply endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
Third-party links and services
The site links to and embeds third-party services, including YouTube. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to harass anyone, to misrepresent who you are, to submit anyone else's personal data without their consent, to send spam through our forms, or to attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular content will remain published. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, opportunities or data, arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/COUNTRY], and the courts of [STATE/COUNTRY] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute - except where consumer protection law in your own country gives you the right to bring proceedings there.
